All of our pewter products are handmade in the world famous manufacturing city of Sheffield. For centuries Sheffield has been synonymous with quality manufacturing. “I've bought the tanker for a submariner veteran. It's better than I expected. Good quality good workmanship and excellent engraving. Postage was very quick . Customer services was very polite and understanding with my concern s of the logo they talked me through my concern s .”

“I am extremely pleased with the products. I bought a wine goblet for my wife as an anniversary gift. I ordered engravings and the work was fantastic. I ordered a hip flask. The work with the flask was fantastic also. I could not ask for any better workmanship. The girt wrappings were excellent. The wrapping paper was a good heavyweight and the ribbon was very nice. The only drawback was that the delivery services seem to have to see who could damage the box that was clearly marked FRAGILE fortunately, the items were undamaged. I will recommend the ENGLISH PEWTER COMPANY to my friends that are looking for that special gift for their special person. Thank you for the great work. I'll back to you when I need a special gift for my family and friends.”

“Order made on 27.02. Not received to date. I made an order with a shipment to UAE. Paid for Royal Mail. Time provided to receive the shipment - 5 days. Their CS came back saying that they need a PO BOX for a shipment to Dubai - those don't exist so the package was returned by Royal Mail. The company is now saying I need to pay for the shipment AGAIN so they ship with a dummy PO BOX to please Royal Mail and manage the shipment. If Monty Python would need materials for their next sketch - I am sure those guys can provide plenty! Find a different place to buy - especially, if you're looking for a present and you care for the time of deliverry to be as the company states. I am now questioning all the positive reviews you can find here...”

Hi, As previously discussed via email. Your order was originally posted via Royal Mail on 28th February and then returned to us on 13th March due to the address missing a PO Box number. We contacted you immediately to inform you that the parcel had been returned due to an incomplete address. We advised you that we required a PO Box number to resend the parcel and confirmed the cost of both Royal Mail and UPS shipping. You were then able to provide us with a PO Box number to resend the parcel. Had the parcel been returned to us due to a mistake on our part we would have been more than happy to stand to the cost to resend the parcel back to you, however the parcel was returned due to an incomplete address that was provided when you placed your order and for this, we required you to make payment for the cost to resend the parcel. A refund has since been issued for the two glasses and gift wrap. Kind Regards -MH

“Amazing job with from start to finish. Packing and end product I couldn’t fault an amazing 10 year anniversary gift. I got the Monogram whisky tumblers with engraving on the back.
