In short, all have the same objectives: to make the customer happy and safe. The boat is immaculate, the food the best we've ever had! We booked another for next year....”

Firstly, Sam was brilliant throughout the booking process and in taking into account any special requirements.
The crew were friendly, attentive and and so efficient, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a birthday celebration whilst on board and they supplied both a cake and champagne at my request. The food was absolutely stunning - Miles provided delicious freshly cooked meals that were beautifully presented and the portions were spot on.
The accommodation was spot on with the most comfy bed I have ever slept on! Everything was kept extremely clean and very well maintained.
Excursions were well thought out and planned down to the last detail.
This has been the most fantastic experience that was made by an awesome team - you all work so hard and it shows!

“Really enjoyed our cruise aboard the Edward Elgar. Food was very special & service just right unobtrusive , courteous & caring. There we were in close contact with staff each crew member had a great attitude not in your face but not stand-offish, which made for a relaxing time. All staff managed to maintain a good humour in spite of being busy. Great programme of activitiesbut we had to drop out of the castle tour half way -great venue -too much information. “Fabulous trip. Mainly due to the wonderful weather consequently spent a lot of spare time sitting up top. Food excellent, different cake every day at 4p.m.! Variety of excursions although trying to do a tour of Upton amongst the very busy traffic was not that enjoyable. The crew were helpful, very efficient and great fun.”

“This trip was faultless. Once you get over the size of the cabin everything is amazingly good. The first thing is the food. How Miles manages to produce such superb meals day after day is amazing. Good wholesome English food at excellent restaurant standard. Next the two girls, Anette and Katie were an absolute delight, serving our meals and working hard to ensure we wanted for nothing. Louis was a great help around the boat, especially when serving beer and wine at mealtimes (breakfast excluded!) Finally, Steve skippered the boat effortlessly - I am sure he could get her into a lock smaller than herself! A fatastic holiday, very relaxing with some interesting trips ashore to enjoy.”
