“Their approach to marketing our property was spot on helping us achieve a realistic price. They were easy and pleasant to deal with and prompt in response. Their fee was competitive. The only negative is I would say they were a bit over zealous in using our sale to market their services locally.”

“Very pleased with the marketing and all the contact we received from all the team. From the initial meeting and production of the brochure to the sale and progress of the sale it was all dealt with very professionally. Everything was good until the day of completion when we received no notification confirming the sale was complete. We had to contact the office of Elizabeth Davenport ourselves.”

“Very professional. I would suggest that the feedback from the sales negotiator directly to myself the owner was poor. All it takes is for the negotiator to give the sellers a five minute call to advise them of what exactly the viewers are saying. it was only because I bumped into your father by accident and he gave me that direct feedback that I found out what was delaying the sale of my property. It cost me £90 and on relisting the first three viewings resulted in three offers and a selling price £5000 over the asking price. Thank you Paul.”

“We bought a property marketed by Elizabeth Davenport Estate Agents - and overall it has been a positive experience. Joanne, our contact person for this sale, has been very helpful and communicated promptly both with us and the vendors. Before agreeing on the property ended up buying, we viewed a number of other properties from ED. Their portfolio is definitively above average in Coventry, and the properties they market appear to be in better standard than those of other Coventry estate agents. This is not to say that everything was perfect: In one instance, Elizabeth Davenport caused us to be stood up by a vendor when they did not get an appointment confirmed (and did not tell us about it). But this was a small hiccup in our way to buying a property. Communication by e-mail works well, and the agents are accessible by phone as well - if they can't take your call, they will call you back reasonably quickly. We're not planning to go back on the market anytime soon, but if we did, we would definitively consider Elizabeth Davenport.”

“Service was excellent overall. Just one or two items to note.....correct spelling of address of house for sale...Seneschal Road not Ave. Also I had a request to send meter readings via email which never arrived. Luckily the companies were able to find out meter readings. Otherwise good service, photographs and quick completion.”
