Joanne, our contact person for this sale, has been very helpful and communicated promptly both with us and the vendors. Before agreeing on the property ended up buying, we viewed a number of other properties from ED. Their portfolio is definitively above average in Coventry, and the properties they market appear to be in better standard than those of other Coventry estate agents. This is not to say that everything was perfect: In one instance, Elizabeth Davenport caused us to be stood up by a vendor when they did not get an appointment confirmed (and did not tell us about it). But this was a small hiccup in our way to buying a property. Communication by e-mail works well, and the agents are accessible by phone as well - if they can't take your call, they will call you back reasonably quickly. We're not planning to go back on the market anytime soon, but if we did, we would definitively consider Elizabeth Davenport.
