“From the moment of our first viewing Christine Owen-Page was really helpful, and for reasons beyond our control we had to find alternative buyer several times Chris stood with us, even at one point having to place the property back on the market, she kept us informed of any potential viewings and once we finally had a definite buyer in place she took the property off the market. If we were to move house again (that's not likely) I would contact Chris again, would I recommend someone to use Elizabeth Davenport yes 100%”

“Elizabeth Davenport are very professional, nothing was too much trouble regarding the sale of my house. Mark organized all of the viewings as I work during the week and secured a sale almost immediately, The documentation and photos of my property were to a high standard. Yvonne was so calm and always had the time to assist with questions when everyone else (not ED) around was losing their heads! I would have no hesitation in recommending ED to anyone- They are one of the best for sure. N . Hughes”

“After nearly a year of trying to sell our unusual house via another estate agent, during which time two offers were made and accepted but not followed through, we asked Elizabeth Davenports to try also to sell the house, having been recommended to use them by our daughter. They achieved a sale in a matter of weeks - perhaps because they had a client on their waiting list looking for a property like ours - whatever it achieved what we wanted: a completed sale and at a better price than the two offers referred to above. No complaints there!”

“I found all staff at estate agents were friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble I was going through family deaths at the time and found once they were aware of my personal situation they were amazing !! Would highly recommend this company to any one considering buying or selling .The personal touch and warmth from the staff at all levels was brilliant and made my life so much easier while going through some terrible personal traumas they were all kind and very helpful”
