“Booking appt no problem, arrived at booking time of 10.00 arrived back to garage around 12.00 but only just started repair waited around left at around 1.30 not the best. However the staff were good, the repair was good and the price very good.”

“Elite came to my rescue when my car broke down outside their premises! Told me straight away what they thought the issue was and gave me an estimated cost . This was late on a Friday afternoon - said unfortunately they were so busy wouldn’t be able to sort car until the following Tuesday at earliest. As car was booked in for mot on the Wednesday ( not with them) I asked if they could possibly mot as well? Upshot is, they had a cancellation on the Saturday morning and I got a call saying car was done and motd by the sat afternoon- all well within the quote given. Excellent service 😊”

“I visited Elite for help on a busy morning but they said to come back around 4pm. They diagnosed the fault and asked me to return the next day. They repaired the damage and also a few days later when I was still aware of a slight noise. All satisfactory since the repair. Thank you.”

“I do not write reviews often so please believe me when I say the guys at Elite Garages, Pulborough are fantastic. I was introduced to the garage through RAC to have a tyre changed. The staff were polite, efficient, and diligent in their work. They advised me that when removing the damaged wheel, they noticed a wheel stud was threaded. I thanked them and did the repair myself. A few days later I had an MOT which required some new brake pads. Again, I did the job myself but on trying to remove the last wheel, I found a locking wheel nut was put on too tight by a previous garage and despite 3 days of trying I could not get it off. In a panic, I contacted the Pulborough garage and asked if they would have a look at it for me. Despite the very short notice, they told me to bring it down and they would have a look but made no promises in getting it resolved on the day, which was completely understandable. I arrived and within 5 minutes, a technician who was having a break, kindly offered to have a look at it. He gave me two options he could try and I happily agreed for him to give the first option a try. Thankfully, within 2 further minutes he had managed to remove the locking wheel nut! All with a smile and offered advice on how to avoid it getting stuck in future. Take into account that I had contacted 5 other garages who either said they didn't have the availability or didn't even bother getting back to me! I was truly amazed at the service offered and I will be taking my car back there for future MOT'S, and any work that I cannot manage myself at home. They have gained a life long customer and I can't thank them enough. Don't waste your time anywhere else, head to Elite Garages, Pulborough and you will not be disappointed!”

“I have been using Elite in Canterbury for around 20 years. I have stayed with them, because the prices are always fair and they are extremely honest. If something doesn’t need to be done straight away they’ll tell you. They are very happy to check oil, tyre pressures etc in addition to the job.”
