“Would love to write a review but still waiting for boots to arrive. ..........UPDATE Thankfully my boots arrived but I had ordered wrong size. I asked for an exchange which was dealt with swiftly and I had a wonderful pair of new books. Highly recommend boots and company. Boots are so comfortable, I suffer with painful neuropathy in my feet and I can happily work all day in these boots. I have been a customer service specialist for 40yrs and would recommend this company and look forward to buying more boots from them in the near future .”

I'm unable to see any previous communication from you and I'd have welcomed the opportunity to look into this prior to you leaving a negative review, which is a little mean spirited. We sent out your order at the earliest opportunity and despatched them on 29th September (your order came into us at 11pm on September 28th). Unfortunately, since then, there's been 2 days of full strikes at Royal Mail. I understand this is far from ideal, but I have tried my best to keep everyone informed and include up to date information about these strikes on our delivery page here: https://www.elevateyoursole.co.uk/pages/delivery The delivery aim for the free standard shipping that you selected is 2-3 working days. If we add on the 2 days of strikes and ignore any backlogs that they have, this would increase to 4-5 working days. Given this, I'd expect them to arrive with you either tomorrow or Thursday.
