I ordered a pair of shoes and a few days later received an email explaining that these shoes had actually gone into the sale so they would refund me the difference back, this was extremely honest which I appreciated. Then when my shoes arrived they had been packed with a little personal note and a pack of love hearts, the personal touches have really impressed me and I will certainly shop again because of this! We only shopped 'on-line' but the service was excellent as was the 'chat' from both Hal and his team.
