“Jackie who looked after us was really happy to help me find the perfect boots. We bought some Reiker boots and after we had lunch we went back and bought a pair of Rooby Shoos with matching handbag. We come to Prestatyn twice a year for our holidays and decided we needed a day out by the sea as we needed to chill by the sea. We will be coming back to your shopping even if it's just to say hello to the lovely Jackie. Your shop will be the first place in look online for anything I need in the future. Excellent experience and we are extremely happy with the items we bought thank you x”

“I purchased the shoes for a day at the races. Unfortunately the shoes didn't even make the full day as all the insole on one of the shoes fell apart making the shoe too uncomfortable to wear. I ended up wearing a beautiful dress with flip flops.”

“I was very pleased with the service and particularly impressed that it came with a personal note from the proprietor, which indicates care and attention to the order. Also the package was addressed in handwriting, something that made much more impact. As for the product, the boots are good, but the seams inside the top edges of the boot are a bit rough and tend to damage my support tights that I have to wear. I tried to smooth them down but to no avail. I am disappointed on this as Val Dal are well known for highest quality.”
