“Dear Hal, Elivate Your Sole successfully delivered my order immediately for Christmas 2023. This is customer service. This is for a pair of UK size 39 shoes. The pair I bought previously as a size uk 5 were too small and had to be sent back to you. I found out from phoning Van Dal that an advertised size 5 when written as a size 38 on footwear is actually a size 4 and something but smaller than a 5. At least I know to go for a 39 because that is the nearest to a size UK 5. Thank you for work. Mrs Darley Holmfirth”
