“Ordered a pair of my favourite shoe brand MEPHISTO shoes and the transaction was speedy and flawless. Excellent service from Elevate Your Sole and no hesitation in recommending them to other online buyers”

“First time I have used this company. I was very happy with my purchase and the efficient process.”

“I am very glad and perfectly satisfied with my most recent purchase. The matter is that I have got the significant problems with shoes selection.I have got quite problematic extremely wide with a bone sticking out feets and therefore it's almost impossible to find shoes right for me: comfy, roomy, resistant etc. But this time a perfect match occurred. I have just tried shoes on and didn't want to take them off. Besides the shoes looks truly attractive, exclusive, summery, bright, great! Thank you ever so much for making goodness and kindness for all of your customers. As people say sometimes a small thing makes you so happy and thrilled to bits. Sometimes a small thing means world for you.”

“Ordering online was easy and my shoes were despatched immediately and delivered within two days - I'm very pleased with them and highly recommend the seller.”

“Oh dear!!!! I thought I had written a review about how good this company is....Apparently not, so here goes.... I wanted a pair of Strive boots, and after a silly amount of searching and being disappointed, I found this company with such a well thought out name. They had a pair, so not having a clue as to whether they wuld have the goods or not, I pressed all the right buttons and heh! Presto! in days the boots arrived. And they are lovely. Would I use Elevate your Sole again, you bet your Sole would.”

“Very competitive price for good quality trainers. Impressed by customer services as my auto-fill mixed my work and home address! It was noticed that the delivery address didn't match the invoice address and eventually the trainers we're safely delivered.”

Hello, I’m sorry for the frustration. Your parcel was dispatched from the UK on 9th March, and tracking shows a delivery attempt was made in Thailand on 17th March. As this is an international delivery, that is not an unusual timeframe. Please check the local Thailand Post tracking website using the tracking number from your confirmation email for the latest update. We’ve also contacted you directly to help. Many thanks, Hal

“Excellent - good value, what I was looking for and very quick delivery. Would recommend.”
