“I am very pleased with my Van Dal brown suede boots.I need to wear orthotics in all my footwear because of knee problems.I had searched on the internet for a long time to find a pair of boots that were trendy but wide enough to fit me and my orthotics.These are perfect so am very happy and of course ready for winter.Thank you Hal.I will look in your shop next time I am in Llandudno”

“I have scored my review 3 stars although, in truth, it should be 5 stars for the Llandudno store and one for the Rhos on Sea store. Customer service, friendliness and a helping attitude in abundance in Llandudno store but, oh dear, what a difference in the Rhos on Sea outlet - a couldn't care less attitude, not a smile to be seen and I felt totally deflated when I left. What a difference in these two stores, don't bother with Rhos on Sea, go straight to the Llandudno shop where you'll get a warm welcome and understanding assistants, eager to please.”

“Delighted with my new Reiker boots. They were delivered by courier this morning. They attempted to deliver them yesterday but sadly I was out. Phoned them and they said they would attempt to deliver this morning, and they did. Great service from Elevate your Sole and loved the little packet of Love Hearts included in the box. A lovely little touch and will definitely use Elevate your sole again! :)”
