“Wonderful shoes, wonderful people. I had a problem with my parcel address and it was returned to them by Royal Mail. Customer services went over and above expectations to put this right, good comms, rapid return and excellent follow up. I think it's when things go wrong you really get to see the quality of the company. Thank you”
