“SO happy with my shoes. I ordered Pinaz sandals caramel with silver elastic straps size 7. I realised too late that 7 is size 40. I am 38 which is a five in U.K. I live in Australia and am a big fan of Pinaz sandals. This style is not available here. I sent back the pair for an exchange on correct size. I received them today. So happy with the service from Hal & Rebecca. Thank you so much!!! Nadia”
