Hello, It's always disappointing to receive a negative review and I'm sorry that you have felt the need to write this. As discussed previously, it's not possible that these shoes were dispatched to you in the manner you've described. All shoes are inspected by us on arrival from our supplier and again before despatch. The shoes that you mention were prepared and packed from one of our stores that only have the cream colour available, so it wouldn't be possible that they could be mixed with another colour, as it simply wasn't there. Further to this, all of our remaining stock is correct. I can only think that they've been mixed up with another pair that you've bought from another retailer. If you think this is possible and can provide the name and contact details of this retailer, I'd be happy to look into this for you. The other pair of shoes will be refunded as normal.
