“I ordered a pair of Anatomics shoes which arrived really quickly but, were too small for me. I emailed and returned the shoes, and fortunately for me Elevate had the next size up and they arrived in no time at all. There was excellent communications throughout, and I couldn't fault the service at all. I will definitely be back.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm disappointed to hear that the service that you received wasn't up to the high standard that is usually achieved. I've just come back from my honeymoon, so I'll look through the communication that you've had with one of my colleagues, so that I can get a clearer picture. It's normal procedure for any faulty shoes to be inspected and if they're found to be faulty any postage costs would be re-imbursed. I haven't had the opportunity to inspect these shoes yet, but I will make it my priority. Also, we do have another pair of size 4 available, if you are still interested in this style? “Amazing company. Ordered a pair of wellies and found the calf was too small. Emailed the proprietor and he measured the calf of a larger size for me and exchanged my smaller size for the bigger one. No problems and communication was fast and friendly. Will definately buy from again!”
