“Being asked for a review a month after my dealings with EYS, my abiding memory is decent shoes, fair price, but tricky people to deal with - and not to purchase from them again.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Having dealt with your query personally, I really don't follow. You sent in an email on April 4th indicating that you encountered a problem using our returns process. I replied within 24 hours with some recommendations and didn't hear from you again. However, I can see that you then quickly managed to initiate the return and were promptly refunded when the boots arrived back with us. Please let me know if I'm missing something and I'll look into it for you. Many thanks, Hal

“My order arrived very promptly, unfortunately the shoes didn't fit and I had to return them 😢. This was no problem the returns process was very easy and the refund was in my account within a week. All in all very efficient.”

“I have no idea as to how I came to order a pair of shoes from your shop, but the help in sorting out my confusion was very kindly and efficiently solved by the staff of both your Prestatyn and Rhos on Sea shops. Exchonging the shoes for a larger size was no problem, though I found that having to receive a refund before I could re-order another pair was unweildy.”
