“Having seen a particular pair of boots in a local boutique in Suffolk, I was delighted to find that elevate your sole were selling them significantly cheaper online, with free postage, so I swiftly purchased a pair. I was delighted; not only to save money, but to find that their mail out time was very quick and there was a friendly personalised note inside my parcel!”

“I ordered a pair of sketchers online. The price was the lowest for this particular pair that I could find anywhere online. They came within around a weeks time and when they arrived the shoes were in very good quality in their original box. Overall very happy with the service and with my purchase.”

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I'm disappointed that you weren't happy with the product or service. Whilst it's unfortunate that a returns form wasn't included as normal, I'd have happily dealt with any complaint or return via email or telephone, as provided on the confirmation email and the website. The 'fading' that you mention is part of a design technique called burnishing, it's purely intentional and is readily apparent with the images on the website. “I am extremely pleased with the service I received when ordering my sandals from elevate your sole. The young man couldn't have done more to help, assisting me with the payment and ensuring I received them by Royal Mail within a couple of days. Really happy with the sandals. Wore them on Friday evening when attending the opera at Glyndebourne. Sandals and opera - both fabulous!”
