Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The vast majority of our deliveries are made using Royal Mail's 'signed for' service. Unfortunately, as your order came through on Good Friday we were unable to send them until the following Tuesday. The local Post Office was closed for the bank holiday weekend. I'm sorry that this wasn't communicated more effectively and I hope that you will use the website again soon. Many thanks, Hal

“I was very happy with the service and my trainers when I first ordered them. Not so happy though when my sister wanted a pair and wanted another pair for myself, sister got hers, my size however was out of stock. I was quite disappointed by this, and felt I should have been offered to be e-mailed or texted to let me know when they were to be available again. I did feel a bit upset that I was just told "we don't have your size" and that was that. Not sure I would come back to buy again.”

Although we try our best to fulfil all of our orders, unfortunately the occasional mistake can be made with stock levels.
