“The whole process from ordering, being kept informed of the delivery to actually receiving my trainers was good. Royal Mail went on strike during this period as well. Nice touch of putting a sweet within the box.”

“Would love to write a review but still waiting for boots to arrive. ..........UPDATE Thankfully my boots arrived but I had ordered wrong size. I asked for an exchange which was dealt with swiftly and I had a wonderful pair of new books. Highly recommend boots and company. Boots are so comfortable, I suffer with painful neuropathy in my feet and I can happily work all day in these boots. I have been a customer service specialist for 40yrs and would recommend this company and look forward to buying more boots from them in the near future .”

I'm unable to see any previous communication from you and I'd have welcomed the opportunity to look into this prior to you leaving a negative review, which is a little mean spirited. We sent out your order at the earliest opportunity and despatched them on 29th September (your order came into us at 11pm on September 28th). Unfortunately, since then, there's been 2 days of full strikes at Royal Mail. I understand this is far from ideal, but I have tried my best to keep everyone informed and include up to date information about these strikes on our delivery page here: https://www.elevateyoursole.co.uk/pages/delivery The delivery aim for the free standard shipping that you selected is 2-3 working days. If we add on the 2 days of strikes and ignore any backlogs that they have, this would increase to 4-5 working days. Given this, I'd expect them to arrive with you either tomorrow or Thursday. Hello, I've resent the order confirmation to the email address that you provided (you will have received the original at the time of order). You'll be able to see that the order is for a 12 UK - EU 46. This was the only size in that style that we had available at the time and it wouldn't have been possible to order an 8 UK - EU 42 or any other size. Hello, Unfortunately, as you've placed your order for a returns label on a Saturday there's nobody in the office to create your unique returns label and therefore this been issued today (being the next working day). This is all explained in the description of the return label that you've purchased on the website as below: "A 'Tracked 48 hour' Return label to send your order back to us. Please note that these are unique labels that need to be created individually, so will take time to prepare. Please allow 1 working day for this." We offer this subsidised returns service to all of our customers, but there's no obligation to use it. You're welcome to use a courier of your choosing, but I do recommend getting the appropriate level of insurance. Many thanks, Hal
