“I contacted customer services because I had a problem, I was unable to return unsuitable shoes because I hadn't taken the box. I was very pleased that Hal located a box for me and I was able to exchange the shoes. He also suggested other shoes which may be more suitable. I am very pleased with the online service, more helpful than the staff in the shop”

“Ordering was easy and quick delivery. Delighted with my sandals. Only one thing that puts me off is having to pay for returns. I normally only purchase where there is free returns as it’s difficult to know if they are suitable until you try them on. On this occasion, they were a good price and I had tried the same sandal in a store but were unable to get the shade I required. So I knew these would fit when ordering.”

“I cannot rate Elevate your Sole highly enough. I originally ordered size 11 men’s Dude shoes. Unfortunately Amazon sent size 10 by mistake. I returned them and got the refund the next day. I decided to go direct to their own website and Hal was amazing and sent the correct size straight away. Couldn’t be happier”
