“I was ever so pleased to find a pair of trainers i wanted at an amazing price. And not to forget it was in a half size, which only 1 other retailer was doing but was out of stock. Very easy to order, free p&p, kept upto date on what stage my order was at and informed in advance on date and time to expect the delivery. When it arrived, the box contained a hand written message and a small wrapped rock sweet with the company's name on it which i thought was a sweet touch and something you definitely would not get with large retailers.”

This is the little mean spirited given the timing of your order, which was the evening prior to the Royal Mail strike on Wednesday 31st August. As a result we were unable to dispatch them until Thursday. This information is readily available on our website and delays are expected during this time. In any event, I see that they've been delivered today, Tuesday 6th September. In addition to the standard delivery service chosen (2-3 working days delivery aim), we also offer tracked 24 (1-2 working days delivery aim) and guaranteed next day delivery. “A fab shop with a wide variety of shoes and accessories all at excellent prices. I have added to my favourites! Service was very good although they took a while to arrive but that may have been due to the postal strike. I definitely recommend this shop.”
