“Would be a straight shot 5* but after using on private land for a day the hub cap on the back wheel has fallen off and there’s nowhere online to buy or replace this. I have emailed them and hopefully will respond positively by sending another one out. Apart from that the scooter itself is amazing and was a quick delivery. Just frustrating there’s not a dedicated website that can sell replacement parts. Have yet to receive an email back but I am sure they will respond quickly.”

“My only slight disappointment is that it would seem that their ... 'website host and financial parter Shopify has flag your order up as potentially fraudulent'. This resulted in sending pictures of the payment credit card and photo ID (suitably redacted) which I was not too happy about doing. Was relieved that the item turned up on time and it was a good price so all ended well.”

“Very fast and efficient delivery and good price. Only downside is they take the scooter out and put an Electra-Zoom sticker all over the down tube which is hard to get off and leaves a residue. This was a bit frustrating.”

“Excellent quality, very knowledgeable sales team, I have done around 600km in six weeks on my Electra-zoom. The build quality is outstanding, I'm doing around 20km per day, as my commute. The down side is the punctures, offering solid tyres would be good. And already the battery is losing power. In normal mode I make it to work with about 5% battery left. Its 10.5km 95% flat to work. So the range is slightly exaggerated. That said I still love it. Shaun Portsmouth”
