“The scooter I bought is of great quality but the video of the scooter shows it has a speed display the one I bought doesn’t so it’s misleading and I’ve feel let down as wasn’t the correct information presented at point of sales”

All our product descriptions are clear for that product in question, products with digital speedos have this clearly stated on there. We have number of generic videos which show how the product can be used in a wide range of environments. We also have number of more specific videos on our YouTube channel. Products purchased which are unused can always be exchanged for another model or retuned.

“The scooter is good. I'm not satisfied because the next day delivery promise was not accomplished. If the delivery process needs more time it should be correctly informed to the costumers.”

As standard we offer free next working day delivery and in most cases this is achieve as normal. we're currently in unprecedented times, and there are the occasional delays with couriers who are working extremely hard at the moment while under a lot of pressure. Many of our couriers are prioritising medical equipment and supplies which unfortunately caused a slight delay with your scooter.
