We are sorry that your scooter has not arrived yet and we are investigating this. The courier did attempt to deliver the package to you on 7th January, however nobody was in at the time. We are currently working to get this re-relivered ASAP. Please be aware we are not guaranteeing our usual next day delivery and there are delays in some areas due to the current circumstances.

Hello, We are sorry to hear you have received a puncture on your scooter. Just like a car or a bike the scooters can get punctures from time to time. We have created a video guide on our YouTube channel which gives a instructions on how to change the tyre on the scooter. We also stock and sell Slime which can be either used as a preventive, or used when you get a puncture to seal up the hole in the inner-tube. “I ordered a part for my scooter and it came without fitting instructions and I called up to ask them for one and they said the fitting instructions don't exist and does not come with any items, only the parts requested are delivered.”

“After fitting the base all seamed well but after maybe 30 mins of riding the lock mechanism started to come loose twice when i was riding the scooter the lock popped out causeing me to fall. I realised that the part which the tab caught onto to keep in place had grinded away into a curve and now with any impact like going over a bump the lock would pop out. Im really dissapointed with the quality of this product and would certainly not recomend it to someone else.”

“Waiting over a week for next day delivery after complaining they said the would send another then received a email saying the decision was made to make me wait for the original to arrive not happy at all they don't return calls when and promises that it will be delivered the next day every time I've called seeking a full refund”

“The one day delivery take 4 days What is this electra zoom sticker?! i didn't see on picture And the max speed is 26 km/h and I have 55 kg and the scooter is brand new”

Hi Cyntia, We are sorry to hear about the issue you had with our service. Having looked at your order in further detail unfortunately when it initially came though it was flagged by our fraud prevention checks. (We can send the full report though if you like?) We use a specialist 3rd party company who are integrated into our website. Unfortunately we do experience fraudulent orders, often using stolen cards. So we need to ensure the order is legitimate before we can proceed further. Performing our checks and receiving the relevant information from yourself is what resulted in your order being delayed slightly, and we do apologies about this. We pop our branded stickers on the scooters to help promote our company. They can very easily be removed. The maximum speed of the product is 15.5mph (25kph) This is stated on our website under the specification section, and in the products user manual. So 26kph is a bonus 🙂 If we assist further do please let us know. Thanks Ollie

Hi Dominik, We are sorry to hear about your experience. Could you just confirm the issue you had with the tyres, as the comment doesn't quite make sense? The top speed for the product is 15.5mph as stated in the specifications and user manual.
