“The scooter is good. I'm not satisfied because the next day delivery promise was not accomplished. If the delivery process needs more time it should be correctly informed to the costumers.”

Hi Alexandre, We are please to hear you're satisfied with your scooter. As standard we offer free next working day delivery and in most cases this is achieve as normal. we're currently in unprecedented times, and there are the occasional delays with couriers who are working extremely hard at the moment while under a lot of pressure. Many of our couriers are prioritising medical equipment and supplies which unfortunately caused a slight delay with your scooter. Our COVID-19 update on the website fully outlines our current delivery process and time scale. We hope you're able to continue to enjoy your scooter now the sun is finally out! If we can help any further do please get in contact. Thanks

Hello, We have dropped you an email. Unfortunately the COVID-19 outbreak has affect our supply chain a little, hence the slight increase in price. However as an existing customer we can honour the price you originally paid :)
