“Hi, Just wanted to suggest the size of your products: Will you consider to make women t shirts a bit wider around belly, please? I am average height but " apple shaped ", therefore I have to go for size 18. Even so, your 18 size is toooo long for me (therefore I have to go and pay for shortening) and still too tight. Many companies eg: Unbound Merino from Canada offer varieties for fits: slim, relaxed or wider. I hope 🙏 at some point you may introduce products for bigger girls (like myself) who want enjoy excellent merino clothes. Delivery was fine, quick and with no problem. T shirt ended up with my husband who is taller and slimmer than myself (: Kind regards”

“The socks I ordered were to big , so I had to return them for a refund. To be fair they did give me a refund. But I had to pay the return postage, so it cost me £5:26 to try a pair of socks on.”

Most companies that offer free returns charge for delivery, we offer free delivery but the customer pays for the return unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.

“The service from EDZ was excellent and could not be better. However, the gloves have been disappointing as, after wearing them once for just a short period of time, the wool has a couple of pulls and some threads in the finger/thumb tip have unravelled. The merino wool is soft and comfortable but they won't last much longer and I now need another pair.”

“The quality of the gloves is good but I have a problem with the sizing guidance as I used what EDZ provided which dictated I needed large . The gloves i got ball up in my palm which I presume is down to them being a size more than required. I kept the gloves rather than go though the hassle/ cost of returns , even though I could have argued the return should be foc as I had followed the size guide . The delivery service was vg”

Hi Thank you for your feed back. Sizing does vary from one company to another and when buying online from one first time the fit inevitably won't always work for everyone. If you are not happy with the fit just return the top to us and we will exchange for a larger size or simply refund you. This was an oversight on our part where the customers message that accompanied the order was missed and does not reflect our normal standard of service. EDZ are a small company and we pride our selves on looking after our customers.

“Never advised that I had to pay customs charges on delivery to Dublin - I had already paid vat in Uk. Will not shop with u again unless I can do so via a European website”

We do not charge UK VAT to EU customers and customers liability for import fees and duty is clearly stated at the checkout

“The merino wool quality of EDZ products always feels rough and scratchy in my experience, having bought 3 of their items over the years. Not soft like other merino wool products I have. The fit and shape of the balaclava is good though and feels comfortable under my motorbike helmet, just wish the wool was better quality and not so scratchy.”

“I bought the Merino flannel shirt. It’s very comfortable, nicely cut, and versatile. I’d love to give it five stars, but discovered that for some reason several of the buttonholes were stitched so tight that it was very difficult or - in the case of the pocket buttons - impossible to fasten. A first wash didn’t ease the problem. It has taken quite a bit of work with scissors, needle and thread to put this right. I’d recommend you to check this batch of shirts individually before despatch to make sure they can be easily buttoned and unbuttoned.”

“Disappointing. Measured my husband's hand and ordered the appropriate sized gloves but they were quite tight and the cuff did not cover the wrist. I hand washed them in a recommended wool detergent but they went very bobbly after only one wash.”
