“I have bought the clock as a birthday present for my mother It was delivered when expected, was very well packaged and seems to be solid and of good quality The picture of the clock on the website was of a rose gold clock and although the description did not stipulate the colour I am rather disappointed that the clock I have received is a gold rather than rose gold colour”

“First time I’ve ever bought from this company, very easy to navigate, easy to purchase, I was a bit concerned buying a bag from a jewellers, but no problem. One very small concern was the lack of information about the delivery……..maybe that was down to the Royal Mail, but all in all no problems and very happy with my wife’s present.”

“After being sent the wrong item I had no trouble at all in returning it and I received my ordered item the next day. Excellent service and very prompt response. I also had my return postage costs refunded immediately. Very effiecient and I will definitely use again.”

“I ordered a kimono which came in good time and it's beautiful. If I had one tiny complaint, it would be that even though I hand washed it from the cold tap, the colour ran. It's still beautiful.”
