“Sorry, I can't give a review because until now I haven't received the item. I can't track where it is. Suggestion, just replace the courier with DHL which is more professional. I have purchased goods from the UK several times with DHL couriers, very informative and professional unlike Royal Mail.”

“Candle is lovely, however it should have arrived in a branded gift bag, as advertised, sadly it did not! The email I sent querying this was completely ignored, I am very upset and won't shop here again.”

“Have now been waiting over 10 days for an order. No update or ability to track or contract anyone. Delivery time said 3-5 days, so was ordered for someone’s birthday that has now been. Terrible service and communication.”

“Bad service. Called into Edmonds Jewellers on Monday 2/11/2020 to get a watch battery for my radio controlled watch. The manager fitted the battery. And i said i would calibrate it when i got home. i tried to reset my watch but the side buttons would not work properly .Went back to the shop and asked the manager if he could have a look at the watch.he refitted the battery but still wouldn't work.I said what do i do now.He said sarcastically that we can see that the battery was working on the Lcd read out.And it must be malfunction of the watch.i went home after spending £9.00 pounds on a broken watch which worked before. i decided to take the back off the watch. And found when he fitted he battery he had bent one of the connections that controlled the button to rest the watch.I straightened it out and refitted the battery. AND IT works fine.”
