“We ordered a W.M.Widdop Lantern Mantle clock. Not only was the price the best we could find, but we ordered it late on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on the following Wednesday morning. Excellent service.”

“Watch ordered online arrived with dead battery. When complained was told I had to arrange return at my cost which would latere be reimbursed. Lots of additional hassle which meant thatthe functioning watch wasnt returned until over two weeks after initial order. Edmonds claimed that the battery had been tested before dispatch - but clearly not. Attitude was not very customer friendly.”
