“Bought a Rolex Datejust a couple of months ago. My first Rolex, which I bought specially for a wedding and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Jonathan offered fantastic customer service. His professionalism and attention to detail were brilliant. He kept me up to date throughout the purchase/delivery of the watch and also provided an aftercare call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to talk me through the functionality of the watch. “Having been lucky enough to purchase several nice watches over the years, and typically from the same source, it was an off-piste venture for me to locate the right watch, and from a dealer I had not transacted with before. I have to say, that it was a pleasure from start to finish. Jonathan and I connected on several levels, but more so when it came to our shared passion for watches. His knowledge is unsurpassed, he made me feel at ease with the long-distance purchase (I had a part exchange which I posted up to Scotland initially) which was received on time and the item was immaculate, as described through our discussions. I have no hesitations to recommend EWC and I hope to continue our relationship as I seek to add to my collection in the future. 5 stars all the way!”

“We were looking for a nice watch for my husband's birthday and contacted Jonathan. From start to finish the service was excellent. Jonathan's knowledge was superb! He has some beautiful watches.
