Probably one of the worst companies I’ve delt with. They never call you back, don’t follow up complaints and it takes forever to deal with accident claims. Not sure I could cope with that again hence I’d never use them.

Car was not taken to be mended and courtesy car was took bk before car had to go garage and still not been sent to the garage was promised I would be called but still nothing what do we pay insurance for ????

the company is not competent, I am filing a complaint with the financial-ombudsman, they have contracts signed with pseudo garages, they do not listen to the client, they scare the police if you do not agree and the company's decisions, stay as far away from easidrive as possible

I am horrified by the treatment I am receiving from your recovery staff. I find their behaviour totally unacceptable. In asking me unnecessary questions and wanting confidential bank details when they should be talking to the other insurance company over a very simple and straightforward situation. Words cannot express how negative I now feel towards your company. Sad, when your other staff have been so brilliant.

I feel I have been treated with total disrespect by all parties involved in my car accident claim Y900WRC I have been honest all the way through the many phone calls and I feel that there is an undercurrent that I am making a false claim I shall seek legal help on this .I have explained many times that the offending car reversed into the alloy/tyre on my front drivers side with a awful bang-almost immediately whole of the right hand side dropped dramatically,the tyres on the right hand side were almost being rested on by the wheel arches and the warning light came on reading ‘car to low do not drive’.I intend to fight this claim all the way as I was fully insured and should not be treated this way, I will be getting legal help to draft a more in depth letter and also claim for stress and anxiety.I have been told the hire car has to be returned-I have not been told the whereabouts of my car or how to get it back or repaired under my insurance-I have been totally left in limbo-as a disabled blue badge holder this is not good for me-prior to the offending driver hitting OSF wheel the car was performing perfectly with no suspension issues or warning lights at all Regards Thomas Mc Dermott 07908488995 The criticism in this letter is not directed at Marker study Cc flint Cc easy drive Cc Evans Harding Cc AUDATEX UK

Absolutely shocking service. Called as I needed a hire car and it was explained to me that it should be ok to deliver anywhere in the uk. After calling 3 times I still couldn’t arrange the hire vehicle to be delivered to me because of false information their staff members gave me. I spoke to them before travelling to my destination by train, then when I was away from home, stranded without a vehicle, they didn’t want to know. Staff don’t care and they will hang up on you if you express an drop of dissatisfaction, I was literally crying to them on the phone and they couldn’t care less. They have a “I’m just doing my job” attitude. They will never go above and beyond for customers. They ruined a very special day for me and I’m yet to be contacted about my complaint.

You received my money for my wrote off car on Friday i still received payment on tuesday evening on 9th March 1700 pm i not happy with the money i received for my car its value to me is a a bit more ie its just me £500 to get it to pass its mot thats a waste and i get told you coming for replacement car on friday thats if i get my money on Wednesday 10th allows me 2 days to sort out another car due i might had NO FAULT TO ME TOTALLY WRONG I WONT BE USING YOU AGAIN I NOT HAPPY
