Got the job done but were frustrating to deal with initially and advised me against using the at fault parties insurance company which led to me being £250 worse off.

EasiDrive helped to arrange the hire car in time while my car was getting repaired. The hire car arrived on time and clean, same brand and similar type to my car so no hustle on adapting it, really appreciated it. Although the repair of my car doesn't go well as expected, might because of the communication between the garage but in terms of the hire car arrangement, it was nice.

Had a few problems at the start as hire car got cancelled with out me knowing then had to wait longer for another car but finally got.sorted. the car was really nice but did cost me loads more in fuel than my own car. The person who dropped it off was swaring and was more interested in his phone than showing me the car I had to ask him for the key and had to ask him if I had any paper work to sign as he was just going to walk off

Not that impressed at the minute some excuse of not been able to contact the persons insurance company who ran into me!!!!! Seem ok when you’re making money ie sending me a BMW X 3 as a hire car must of been an expense that wasn’t needed.

To be honest i didnt no if i was dealing with an insurance company or a van hire company ,Then you sent me most of my claim without paying of the finance that was due but forgot to send me the scrap value of my vehicle but all in all my accident happened on 9/4/21 and its now 7/6/21 so i suppose thats not to bad ,The hired vans you gave me had more hits than the beatles but hey they did what i needed them to do so all in all a fair deal cheers Ian.

The team that dealt with my case were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the issue... Unfortunately the service has been soured by the constant bombardment of harassing cold calls I've received since giving my contact details to Easi-Drive

Very happy at first as they seemed very keen to resolve as fast as possible, I signed on the doted line then everything went slow mo. I understand that the longer it takes the more money they make from hire vehicle from the third party @ £110 per day a bit high in my view. It’s been over a month and still not resolved. I have chased them a few times.

Ok company, fast delivery of courtesy car but boy they don’t have hassle you with phone calls, Constantly on the phone asking what’s happening with your car repairs, had to block them in the end
