“We are looking to place a large order for Christmas, so have been asking a lot of questions - and Daniel who i have been dealing with has been speedy with his responses and very friendly. i received the sample with our company logo the next day after ordering and and the quality of the logo print on the icing was excellent - exceeded my expectations - we will definitely be placing our bulk order with them”

“The cake and cupcakes were excellent but the customer service can be improved. Lots of different people are managing the email box and they don't really read through the previous communication. I already placed and received the order when someone asked me if I want to place the order.”

We have a small dedicated sales team to deal with all enquiries, we try our best to be quick and accurate with our responses and apologise if there was a small miscommunication on our part. “Really easy to deal with from start to finish. Cupcakes came in great condition with the logo and colouring just as we requested. Everyone said they were delicious and a lovely surprise! Thanks so much.”

“I spoke to a Daniel.. He was so helpful, I needed a cake ASAP... And deliveried to Scotland.. The cake was perfect the time was perfect the whole experience was PERFECT!!!!!!!!!”

“The cake designs were nice and delivered on time. Daniel was wonderful and really nice to work with. Unfortunately, the chocolate cakes were quite dry. If the cakes had been nicer the rating would have been excellent.”

Hi Abigail, We are sorry you didn't enjoy the taste of the cakes. Our cakes are always baked freshly before dispatch and frosted the day of dispatch therefore are always as moist and as fresh as can be so we are sorry you thought the cakes were dry. Never the less we are very pleased you loved the designs and thank you for your honest feedback :)

“Have used eat my logo for large cakes on several occasions and they always arrive fresh and on time. The level of customer service is very high and great value for money. Would highly recommend. The cakes also taste great.”
