“First of all, the cakes were excellent and everyone enjoyed them. On top of that, the customer service was great and I felt like I was dealing with real human beings in a real business, rather than a website.”

“Fantastic customer service, friendly and helpful staff helped me with my many queries prior to placing my order. Biscuits arrived on time and were absolutely delicious. Our logo was printed perfectly.”

“Eat My Logo delivered branded cupcakes for 2 of our corporate events we held recently. I ordered them altogether and the process ran smoothly without any issues - can't praise them enough! The cupcake branding was quality and great tasting, we received fantastic feedback from our clients on the day.”

“I was super impressed with Eat my Logo. For a company celebration I needed to order 550 branded cupcakes to be sent to multiple locations. They handled my order with ease and were really helpful, even when I was sending 3-4 emails per day changing details and checking things. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and the cupcakes looked great and tasted AMAZING! I would definitely recommend Eat my Logo without a doubt.”

“Not only did the cakes look fabulous with our "Unique Ladies" logo, but as they say the proof of the pudding ..... they were delicious!! Easy to order, excellent customer services. I'm looking forward to 3 more batches for our next 3 launches! Highly recommended! Thank you.”

“We are looking to place a large order for Christmas, so have been asking a lot of questions - and Daniel who i have been dealing with has been speedy with his responses and very friendly. i received the sample with our company logo the next day after ordering and and the quality of the logo print on the icing was excellent - exceeded my expectations - we will definitely be placing our bulk order with them”

“The cake and cupcakes were excellent but the customer service can be improved. Lots of different people are managing the email box and they don't really read through the previous communication. I already placed and received the order when someone asked me if I want to place the order.”

We have a small dedicated sales team to deal with all enquiries, we try our best to be quick and accurate with our responses and apologise if there was a small miscommunication on our part. “I spoke to a Daniel.. He was so helpful, I needed a cake ASAP... And deliveried to Scotland.. The cake was perfect the time was perfect the whole experience was PERFECT!!!!!!!!!”
