“I'm so impressed with Eat My Logo. We needed to send out a wellbeing pack to staff at fairly short notice. Kristina really helped make the process very easy and worked with myself and my team to make it happen. All our packs arrived on time and I got some fantastic feedback from people about the quality of the items and how nice it looked. I am already starting to look at the next pack we'd like to send and plan that in. Thank you!”

“Cakes tasted delicious - we got rave reviews about them all day. The packaging didn't look particularly attractive in it's plastic and the vegan cupcakes were smaller than their holders so they were a bit wonky but all in all : Went out on time and tasted delicious!”

Thank you Charlotte for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We are currently revising our packaging to get rid of plastic altogether. We are transitioning into this so for all future orders, the cupcakes will be packaged with zero plastic. We hope to work with you again soon.

Hi Margarita, I am really, really sorry that your order did not arrive in time, it is very, very rare that this happens as you can see from the hundreds of independent reviews on this site. We hate to let any customer down and in this situation both you and ourselves are the victims of the unprecedented and overwhelming demand that the delivery services are currently under due to the combination of Covid and Christmas. All delivery services are issuing warnings at the moment. You said our Customer Service was unhelpful and I am sorry you feel that way. Outside of our normal business hours we did chase this for you repeatedly also sent update emails. As the local delivery depot was overwhelmed and you needed them for Sunday we also gave you the option to pick them up from the depot as it was 10 minute drive from the delivery location. We do appreciate that you are disappointed that the biscuits did not arrive, we are disappointed too as it is very rare. A full refund has been made and we have also sent a voucher for the value of your order for use in the future as the service you have experienced is not the usual Eat My Logo one.

“Customer service and turnaround and presentation on the packaging great! However, the finish on the end product was sloppy - logo's not positioned centrally on the biscuits causing the it to hang, overlapping the biscuit.”
