“I started my Eat My Logo journey on Live Chat, where they were super helpful and gave me all the info I needed to know quickly, before placing an order. I've since placed two in my first week of being a customer and our clients absolutely love their branded cupcakes - word is even spreading around town and we've been getting requests! I think I'll be placing more orders soon :-)”

“The way they handled the whole order was very professional, it was quite a last minute request and they were able to send proof of the logo the same day. We then receieved the cupcakes perfectly on time and everyone lucky enough to get one thoroughly enjoyed them. Thank you!”

“After a shaky start with some samples that we were not happy with I have been super impressed with the customer service and Eat my logos resolve to sorting out the initial disappointment. We have placed an order for our Xmas cupcakes and look forward to receiving them. Would recommend this company due to the customer service alone!”

We are really sorry that you feel this way Kevin and we did provide feedback to you earlier in the week when you raised your concerns and a refund is available. We will be in touch on Monday. It seems there was a communications issue between what we thought you had asked for and what you were expecting to receive. Regarding taste, again we are sorry you did not like their taste. Our cupcakes and frosting is all made from scratch in our bakery and are bought in their tens of thousands every week and the feedback we get is overwhelmingly positive as can be seen in the other reviews on this site. We have to accept that very occasionally someone does not like how they taste.

“The cakes tasted amazing, even the left over ones 2 days later. Good delivery, great presentation and the price was good for the quantity we bought. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“Excellent service from start to finish! I left it a little late to organise a large cup cake order for a launch party for one of our customers. But it turned out it's "no problem" for Eat My Logo. I got through to Amy Lang and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me some great advice, and made sure the order was processed in time - and everything turned up before 09.30 as promised! The cupcakes were very well received as well. We'll definitely use Eat My Logo for future launches. Thanks for everything!”

“Order a cake on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday. Amazingly quick turnaround. Picture on cake was fantastic and raised a few laughs, Cake was delicious. Would definitely use again and recommend anyone to use. Thank you :)”
