“Like many other customers, I wish I could zero stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. The quality of the frame was adequate but certainly not the high quality stated. My reason for the review is to warn people from using this company if you value good customer service. I found the lady I spoke to on the online chat to be incredibly rude with a severe attitude. Each time I asked a question the answer was blunt and then she would just leave the chat and not reconnect again however long I waited. My issue was late delivery and requesting a refund for an expedited 2 day delivery service, which I was charged an additional £13 even though the standard 2 day service I later found out is 2 days!! Despite emailing to discuss my refund I was again treated in an incredibly rude manner by the same lady, who refused to address the points I asked in my emails. My frustration was so bad at the appalling customer service I asked for the manager or owner of the business to ring me. It will probably come as no surprise this has never happened. Another request that was completely ignored. I hope if you use this company that you don't have to have the unfortunate experience of dealing with the lady who comes up on the online support page.”

“23 days from placing order and still no frame. Easy-frame emailed me to tell me the frame had been dispatched, however when I enquired as to it's whereabouts 5 days later I was told it had still not been sent.”
