“I made my order on the 26th of March. Today it is the 12th of April and I still haven't received my frames. I emailed and no reply. I emailed a second time and was told the frames would be sent on Friday (within 2 days). I rang a week later to check what had happened, and a man said the frames would be sent by the end of the week. It's been about 10 days and still nothing! Very disappointed! I can't express an opinion on the actual quality of the frames because I haven't received anything yet, but the service has been very disappointing.”

The quality of the frames for the price is by far the best on the web, I know, having done a lot of research prior to buying. You also get the hanging kit so there is no need to go to your local DIY shop. Excellent all round value for money, so don't bother looking any further, order from these guys and you won't go wrong.”

“The order process was good and packaging and delivery great but the order took nearly two months to arrive. The frame was very flimsy and cheap feeling. I knew there wasn't going to be glass but I didn't expect such a rough scratched piece of cheap Perspex. Too much hassle to return but very disappointed with the quality, it cost £60 so I expected better than thin wood pieces stapled together with scratches Perspex. 100002547”
