This was the first time I've ordered a made to measure frame online and, having looked at a few online services, I decided to use Easy Frame as they seemed to have the best selection of frames and the most flexibility in terms of options. The frame is beautiful and very well made. Their website was easy to use and even allowed me to upload a copy of my picture to see how it looked in the frame, making my decisions re frame style and mount much easier. The customer service was also second to none. When I contacted them via the contact form they responded in less than 3 hours (even though it was a bank holiday)! Less than a week later, my frame has arrived - on time and well packaged. Well done Easy Frame. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would.”
