“Easy to book online. No problems at collection and unusually no hard sell at the pick up Europcar, perhaps Bucharest isn't as pushy as more regular hire spots. Car was fine, not great being a Dacia Logan but ok.”

As I had my phone and cards stolen, I couldn't fly because I had no photo ID. Thankfully, the staff went out of their way to help me resolve this and source out my driving license copy. They were truly my knights in shining armour during this very stressful time. They did so without making me feel like I was wasting their time.... They were very very helpful and reassuring!!! Now I am back home. Raj even let me borrow his personal phone to call my husband and inform them about my flight changes. Truly exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend!”
