“Easily located at the airport. Met by Eric who was welcoming and very helpful. He showed me to the car which was exactly what was required. Nothing was too much trouble. Providing me with a contact number should I need to call him. On return I was met by Eric. The customer service was 100%.”
“The whole process was very transparent, quick & easy. In the end I received a Skoda Octavia estate, which is definitely a nicer car than the Hyundai i30 estate that I had reserved and paid for. There was nothing additional to pay. I was impressed by the level of customer service provided by the rental desk. I left a folder of papers behind at the desk and they traced me and made sure I got them back.”
