“Pre ordered an Aya Neo through Droix and was kept up to date through the whole process. After receiving the unit it developed a fault after a couple of weeks which I communicated to Droix and they were very helpful. Sent the unit back and unfortunately couldn't be repaired but they sent a replacement unit within days. I cannot fault this company and I will be using them again in the future. Thanks!”

“Delivery was delayed slightly by DPD, but can't fault DroiX for that - dispatch was dealt with quickly. Unfortunately, after an issue with the item I purchased their email support has so far ignored me following the initial communication. Could be a fault with their system? EDIT: following this review a member of the support staff got back to me and apologised for the delay. Can't say fairer than that!”

“Before I ordered my box, I phoned DroiX and the person I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgable. The box was delivered to me extremely quickly and although I'm still getting to know it (I'm not very techy!), it's definitely quite amazing. I'm well pleased with it especially considering its very competitive price.”

“It was the first time I was buying at Droix and it has been a really great experience. As they mention in their website it´s probably a little bit more expensiove than other places (not sure in my case though as I was taking advantage of a special season offer) . In any case, it is worthwhile because they can offer much more confidence . Highly recommended from my experience”
