A delay in my order being despatched from DroiX. No problem with the courier service but I was sent the wrong mini PC. Currently, I will be arranging it's return which is a palaver. Then hopefully I will receive the one I originally ordered. So more delay in fullfiiing the transaction... providing it does eventually arrive. 🤞🤞

Its a very good handheld. But its either me being dumb but the games don't save on it

Hi there Kyle! Saving functionality for games depends on what platform you're playing. Many arcade games for example did not feature save data because they were originally designed for arcade cabinets and were intended to be played in short bursts of maybe 30 minutes to an hour at most! If your device is however refusing to retain save data for games that actually support save files, however, please reach out to our team at support@droix.co.uk, as this is not normal behaviour for the device! Hit concerned regarding what went on with my order. I bought a retro gaming kit that was supposed to have a Raspberry PI 4 4gb in it but when the kit arrived I only received a 2gb model even though it said the 4gb model was in stock. If it wasn’t for the fact that I queried it I was then told that they were never in stock and only then was I offered a partial refund. Just seems quite underhand to me I’m afraid. I should have been told if it was out of stock when the order was being processed.

Hi there Jon! We're terribly sorry that we've failed to provide a first-class experience with your order of a Raspberry Pi retro gaming kit. As mentioned in our emails, unfortuantely this incident appears to be the result of a twofold failure. First, the dispatch team incorrectly picked this item from our shelves, and 2GB unit should most certainly have not been sent out. Second, the 4GB variant appears to be showing in stock due to an error with how the product is represented on our inventory management system. Hopefully we should have this fixed very shortly. It is also regrettable that you feel it was underhanded of us, but we assure you that all boils down to a mistake on our behalf with no further ill intent. And as we were not able to provide a replacement in any reasonable timeframe, we immediately offered you a partial refund to cover this mistake. Finally, although you have accepted the partial refund, your right to return the device has not been voided, and you may still return the item for a refund within the applicable returns window (whether you just change your mind, or for any other reason!) Convenient to be able to pay with Amazon Pay, but when I ordered the retroid 2, I got an email telling me the color I DIDN'T order was out of stock and if I wanted another color of which wasn't the color I had ordered. Although when I responded with this they corrected it and sent me the color I did order. This mix up ended up delaying the shipment of the product and I didn't receive it until a week later than inticipated.

Droix was very prompt with delivery but didn't send all I ordered out together that was a pity as needed the keyboard for many games. Still waiting on these items as the delivery service has had a problem with delivery. But all in all the onexplayer meets all expectations
