“Can't fault these guys. ordered from them during the Christmas break and the order was delivered three days later, and an email at 11:00 pm letting me know when item will be shipped, cant as for better than that! And more importantly, item was 100% as they advertised, will be using Droix again.”

And they can source devices at different prices and sell devices at different prices based on a variety of factors (shipping costs, after-sales support, etc.). We at DroiX place a high value on reliable, personable customer support to provide the most hassle-free experience we can offer to our customers. Which we wholeheartedly prefer over the dice-roll-esque nature of the after-sales experience you can sometimes find when purchasing from alternative stores. In this instance, the support member you spoke to had not been aware of the upcoming (temporary) sale on the device you were interested in purchasing. “I have just bought my 4th android device from these guys and I am happy with the product. Wanted to give it 4 stars because they sent me the wrong product in the beginning but after sorting a return to them they eventually sent me the one I ordered (it's a human error, these things happen) and it's working as expected.”
