“1/5 Why? Because I'm sick to death of companies emailing me 2-3 days after I buy something, emailed titled "How did we do? rate us" Have you ANY idea how annoying these are? So now any company that bothers me with these emails, I reply by giving them 1/5. Just please stop it!”

Over our years in operation, we have found that customers tend to not leave feedback unprompted unless they have had an extraordinarily negative experience (which we do our best to help resolve posthaste) or if they have had an exceptionally positive experience (which we're pleased to provide). The vast majority of customers will tend to not leave any kind of feedback by themselves, even if they have had a good experience. “I have just bought my 4th android device from these guys and I am happy with the product. Wanted to give it 4 stars because they sent me the wrong product in the beginning but after sorting a return to them they eventually sent me the one I ordered (it's a human error, these things happen) and it's working as expected.”

“Droix was very prompt with delivery but didn't send all I ordered out together that was a pity as needed the keyboard for many games. Still waiting on these items as the delivery service has had a problem with delivery. But all in all the onexplayer meets all expectations”

“Ordered a Anbemic rg351p came when expected by Royal mail, kudos to DrouX for using Royal mail, SD card, USB adapter and Bluetooth dongle and screen protector for a very respectable price, great little device unfortunately being retro means I'm a bit retro(48)so specs on for the screen size not the device's issue mine lol,bubble bobble installed from my pc sorted, great device well done.”
