“Found the mini pc I wanted, selected upgrades that I required, the total price was less than prices I had seen on amazon for the basic unit. Delivery was amazing, ordered during Christmas break, arrived within three days. I then discovered a Windows software issue. I contacted Droix tech support chat, followed instructions given, plan and simple email information to tech support, two emails later problem solved, no worries, no drama. Followed by a follow-up to check that everything was okay. I can say hand on heart Droix will be my first port of call for any future computer purchase, good products, good options, good prices and fantastic customer service...............and yes I am a genuine customer”

“My CK1 was a little difficult to get set up. But I know believe this to be my fault. So the CK1 runs very quickly and does what I bought it for. Aps run faster and my VPN now runs at it's true speed. So all in all a good buy.”

“Can't fault these guys. ordered from them during the Christmas break and the order was delivered three days later, and an email at 11:00 pm letting me know when item will be shipped, cant as for better than that! And more importantly, item was 100% as they advertised, will be using Droix again.”

And they can source devices at different prices and sell devices at different prices based on a variety of factors (shipping costs, after-sales support, etc.). Which we wholeheartedly prefer over the dice-roll-esque nature of the after-sales experience you can sometimes find when purchasing from alternative stores. In this instance, the support member you spoke to had not been aware of the upcoming (temporary) sale on the device you were interested in purchasing.
