“I deal with a lot of companies in our industry and i have to say that dealing with drinkwize was professional, efficient and smooth. Nothing was a problem from ordering to delivery. Unfortunately due to my error of ordering the wrong size on 2 orders the error was rectified quickly and delivery was the next day. I would definitely use the company again for future orders .”

“I left a bad review after an initial problem where I got no response to a request for return. Drinkwize then called me personally to explain - My emails had got caught up in junk folders. I can forgive that, I’m sure it’s happened to most of us at one time. Anyway, with no further fuss, Drinkwize sorted it quickly and proactively followed up when they received the goods back to make sure I had the refund too. There was nothing wrong with the order - I just decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted, and the team at Drinkwize were very nice and helpful once in contact. I would recommend them to others.”

We did receive one email and this ended up in our spam/junk folder. “I have never ordered from this company before & I was looking for a faux martini glass, to enable me to carve a lady model, celebrating a special occasion & sitting in the glass. This is for a celebration cake topper for a customer of mine. The first time I checked on line, Drinkwize was the first company who had what I wanted. I'm absolutely over the moon with the item. “i bought some lightweight non-breakable polycarbonate mugs for my Mother in law who has Alzheimer's disease. They're perfect for her and at £2.69 each a bargain. Delivery was prompt although I didn't recieve dispatch notification which would have been preferable.”
