Hi Robert, Thank you for editing your previous one-star review 😥...."The web site was very confusing. Money has been removed from my credit card account and no products have been delivered" which was left on 21/3/2025. We am glad to learn that your order placed on 7/3/2025 that was signed for on 10/3/2025, has now been found safe and sound 😀😄😁. “The service was as described and I’m overall very happy with everything. Not giving 5 stars as there were a couple of sharp bits on the rims of the gin glasses that need sanding down, however, I don’t drink gin personally so that’s the Mrs’s problem 👍”

Hi Yu, Thank you for taking the time to review Drinkwize.co.uk, I am sorry you feel the delivery charge is too high at £3.99 9this does include the packaging to ensure the goods reach you in one-piece). We use carefully selected carriers as "cheap" does not always represent good value, certainly if the items arrive late or damaged. I am not saying there are not issues with all carriers, we have been selling online as a group since 2012 and have tried most of not all carriers. I fully appreciate your comments and four star-review; the carriage costs are shown at the checkout before completing your purchase. “Easy to order, very reasonable prices, and arrived quickly with no issues. The only negative I have is every glass was wrapped individually in plastic, I’m sure to prevent scratches, however I would have liked to see a little less plastic maybe layer packaging instead. Lovely glasses to drink from. All in all great service and product.”
