“I left a bad review after an initial problem where I got no response to a request for return. Drinkwize then called me personally to explain - My emails had got caught up in junk folders. I can forgive that, I’m sure it’s happened to most of us at one time. Anyway, with no further fuss, Drinkwize sorted it quickly and proactively followed up when they received the goods back to make sure I had the refund too. There was nothing wrong with the order - I just decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted, and the team at Drinkwize were very nice and helpful once in contact. I would recommend them to others.”

We did receive one email and this ended up in our spam/junk folder. I am sorry that some or all of your products ordered need to be returned for whatever reason. I would welcome any feedback you may be willing to share of the various glassware items that you ordered. “I have never ordered from this company before & I was looking for a faux martini glass, to enable me to carve a lady model, celebrating a special occasion & sitting in the glass. This is for a celebration cake topper for a customer of mine. The first time I checked on line, Drinkwize was the first company who had what I wanted. I'm absolutely over the moon with the item. Its unbreakable & much larger than it appears on the site. It arrived very quickly & although I only ordered one item, I was treated royally. It was inexpensive & exactly what I was looking for. “i bought some lightweight non-breakable polycarbonate mugs for my Mother in law who has Alzheimer's disease. They're perfect for her and at £2.69 each a bargain. Delivery was prompt although I didn't recieve dispatch notification which would have been preferable.”

“Ordered some plastic carafes for a village community bar where the venue has now prohibited the use of glass bottles when seated outside. These carafes hold a full bottle so we're perfect for our guests. Communication could have been better but order arrived just in time for the event.”
