Hi Umme, Thank you for taking the time to review Drinkwize.co.uk. I am sorry that you have felt strongly enough to give us one star rating ๐Ÿ˜ฅ. I have looked into your order; it was placed on Christmas day (25/12/2024) at 15.58. I would like to think you would have received an order confirmation stating that our offices and dispatch were closed until after the Christmas break i.e. 2/1/2025, if this was not the case please accept our apologies. The jug was dispatched 2/1/2025 and you chose the standard (express delivery option not chosen) delivery and so a 2-3 working day delivery could be assumed. Your delivery was made on 6/1/2025, three working days from order receipt to dispatch to arrival at your address. Please accept our apologies again for any misunderstanding and concern caused. We do hope that this does not put you off giving Drinkwize.co.uk another opportunity in the future.

Hi Mary Ann, I am sorry that you have left us a one-star review and reported a "no-show" on the delivery. I have looked into your order and the reason you have not received your shot glasses is because you are based in the U.S.A. ๐Ÿ˜‘. We do not ship to the U.S.A. certainly not commercially viable for a ยฃ2.99 carriage charge ๐Ÿคจ. Unfortunately, this was not picked up in our dispatch team as you mistakenly inputted your full address as "Holgate, Oh, 43527, United Kingdom" If you had placed U.S.A. in the address your order would not have been actioned ๐Ÿ˜ฎ You will receive a full refund in the near future ๐Ÿ˜Ž. Hi Sabria, Thank you for taking my calls. I have sent via WhatsApp images of your order with a hyperlink to the Royal mail tracking. I have also sent an image from the Royal Mail tracking site showing that your consignment was delivered on 30th August, the day after you left your review. This was to a hotel, I am assuming your workplace and that it has been kept in a safe place for you. I do hope that you are now in safe receipt of the glasses. This does not excuse the lack of response to your email, we are sorry for this. On investigation it would appear that your email ended up in our spam folder (not the first customer correspondence to finds its way there).
